WHY IS...
FOAMING CHEMICAL CLEANING SO IMPORTANT?
The use of foaming chemicals removes micro-organisms that have formed a polymeric matrix, known as a biofilm, from surfaces. These biofilms that form on food processing equipment and other food-contact surfaces act as a persistant source of contaimination, which threatens the overall quality and of course safety of food products. Ultimately, the biofilms can result in foodborne diseases, economic losses and put human health at risk.
