QJS (UK) Ltd can confirm we will remain open for business throughout lockdown. We have undertaken a range of contain & control measures to ensure our ability to serve our clients and our supply chain remains unaffected. You can read more about these here
The correct rinse is critical to the effectiveness and success of your cleaning system
With today's need for minimising waste, achieving water savings and reducing energy usage - as well as an increasing focus on hygiene demands - QJS produce bespoke rinse options to suit your food processing demands.
Rinse with the LOWEST pressure, which means that your aerosol and over spray issues are eliminated.
Rinse with the least amount of water, which means that you can achieve huge water and effluent savings.
Power the water using the highest possible efficiency motors, meaning you achieve large electricity savings over conventional methods.
Combine with a ChemPoint or ChemFlow chemical application for a full chemical and disinfection hygiene system suited to your individual needs.
WHY IS THE CORRECT RINSE SO IMPORTANT?
As a default, QJS offer medium pressure as our rinse solution. Widely accepted as the best rinse for food manufacturers, medium pressure offers a higher impact that low pressure and better LPM (litre per minute) flow.
High pressure systems are now old fashioned. They are costly to maintain and prone to breakdowns. They also cause an issue called "overspray", where debris is sprayed to other areas of the factory which then requires cleaning again. By using medium pressure, you avoid this as well as reducing the risk of damage to production equipment.
HOW TO CLEAN WITH A... QJS RINSE SYSTEM
If you only opt for the installation of a QJS rinse system, you will have to ensure your chemical application is managed through other equipment, such as a Technifoamer.
It can be beneficial to install a rinse system if you are suffering from "aerosol". This is where your high pressure system is atomizing the biofilms and proteins, lifting chemicals into areas which you do not want chemicals to reach such as light fixtures and electronic equipment.
The 5 Stages of Effective Rinse Cleaning
Pre-Rinse - Wash off debris
Foam - Lift any biofilm with a layer of chemical foam
Second Rinse - Remove any emulsion chemicals
Disinfect - Apply your disinfectant chemical for a final clean.
Final rinse - Once dry, production can begin
Combine your rinse system with a QJS Chemical Application system
A cleaning and hygiene system designed bespoke to your individual site needs. With a principle based on satellite cleaning points situated throughout production areas, your operators can perform all of the cleaning stages of foam, rinse and disinfectant through one single hose.
This provides a host of benefits:
Food Safety - Gives you and your customers peace of mind Environmental - Minimum energy, water and chemical usage Safety - Protection of your operators Reliability - Trouble free service Efficiency - Savings in labour, power, water, chemicals and time
The PowerBoost is the most common and cost effective way of providing water power to your ChemPoint and ChemFlow systems.
The basic format is a water lubricated, high efficiency multi stage pump mounted on a base frame. Includes all controls required so that the pump starts up, speeds up and slows down according to the exact requirement from the users at any one point. The PowerBoost is also the option for large scale users where models to power up to 30 users are available.
